BMI’s NYU Panel Educates on the Business of Songwriting

BMI highlighted its commitment to education and support of songwriters with its panel, “BMI Presents Music 101: Songwriting,” held at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York. The panel was moderated by entertainment attorney David Beame, and featured insightful commentary on the business of songwriting from manager Tanya L. Brown, BMI songwriter Jared Cotter, entertainment attorney Nova Perry and Songs Publishing’s Senior A&R executive Greg Johnson.
